Share and Mosaics

Read-only share links, forking into your canvas, and saving reusable layouts.

Share sends a read-only mosaic to a teammate. Mosaics save layouts you reopen later. Both need an account for anything that persists beyond the current tab.

Viewing a share

Recipients open the link and pan/zoom a read-only canvas. They can fork into their own editable session when Tessera offers Open in Tessera / fork.

Expired links fail closed. Create a new Share from your canvas if the old one died. See Troubleshooting.

Mosaics

Save
Stores devices, positions, URL, and settings under a name. Free: 1 saved Mosaic. Pro: unlimited.
Apply
Reload a saved Mosaic onto the canvas, replacing or merging as prompted.

Account gate

Signed-out sessions can explore Free limits in memory. To keep Mosaics and mint Share links that survive, sign in from the account control. Plan details: Free vs Pro.
