We’re a small team. Email is the fastest path for account or billing issues. Include your account email, approx. time of the issue, and whether you were on Free or Pro.

Billing and Pro
- Cancel or change Pro via the in-app upgrade / Stripe customer portal when available
- Or email support@tesserae.site from the address on your account
- After cancel, Pro lasts until the end of the current paid period
- Plan details live on Pricing and in the Terms
Common fixes
- Live tiles failing or 429s: you may be over Free (2) or Pro (6) concurrent Live sessions, or hitting create rate limits. Close Live tiles or switch Settings → iframe engine.
- Localhost in the cloud: needs Pro and
tessera login+tessera dev. - Share link expired: Free shares expire after 7 days; Pro shares are permanent.
- Sync not mirroring: turn Sync on; for external sites use Proxy or Live so frames can communicate.
